George was born in Tbilisi, Georgia. He graduated from the Georgian Sate Academy of Arts and worked for Georgian State TV for several years as a producer and TV journalist. George has lived and worked in several countries, including Turkey, Spain, France and the USA.

In 2000, George migrated to Sydney where he completed TV & Film Studies. He has written, directed and produced over ten short films - including directing the award-winning "Via Gori" and "The Bridge". George is now based in Sydney and Los Angeles. He is currently developing several feature films for illuminar, including writing the drama-romance "Uninvited".

Scott's background and experience in business lends strength to the team, specifically in the areas of business planning and financing. Scott has spent the past ten years in management roles within large corporate organisations.

Scott's business experience stems from providing financial and business planning advice to the aviation industry, in addition to launching and managing a successful business management consultancy. Scott has produced several short films, including the award-winning "Via Gori" and "The Bridge". He is now helping guide the development of three feature-length films for illuminar.

Lazaro's training in journalism and photography has naturally evolved into a passion for filmmaking. To further enhance his educational background in this field, Lazaro graduated from the Australian Film Television and Radio School with a Master of Arts in Producing.

Lazaro has produced several short films and TV shows, both at AFTRS and through illuminar. He is currently writing a feature film based on his family's daring escape from Cuba, titled "Caridad". In addition, he is developing the feature-length documentary "Revolutionary Dance" and the drama-romance feature "Uninvited".
